Wallyer's Full-Process Purification Technology encompasses comprehensive integrated management and three-dimensional maintenance control. In summary, it means tackling the core treatment of pollution sources internally with one hand, and ensuring long-term maintenance of the overall environment with the other.
We understand that under the existing technological conditions worldwide, there is no technology or product capable of completely and permanently eliminating pollution sources, such as formaldehyde in synthetic materials, in a single instance. As long as there are synthetic materials, there will be pollution sources. Therefore, a single technology or product cannot eliminate indoor air pollution issues in one go. When external conditions like temperature and humidity change, pollution sources will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution again. In such cases, the Valire three-dimensional three-maintenance control system, with its combination of multiple advanced technologies, addresses both the root cause internally and the external maintenance control, treating both symptoms and the root. This system has thoroughly resolved the current issues in indoor air pollution treatment technologies, such as treating symptoms but not the root cause, not meeting standards, or having short-term effects, ultimately ensuring the indoor environment meets health and livable standards.
(1) Ambient Temperature Drug Fumigation
Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decorative materials and furniture (such as cracks at joints, leather aging, furniture deformation, and wall paint peeling off). We use the method of fumigation with universal purifying agents at room temperature, which accelerates the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOCs in raw materials. The raw materials of the universal purifying agent are internationally recognized AAA-grade safe substances, capable of acting on almost all organic pollutants. It actively attacks and rapidly decomposes harmful gas molecules in the air, eliminating over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes, and also provides antibacterial and antifungal effects.
Deep Penetration Dissolution
We employ advanced precision chemical technology and ultra-fine nanoparticle modified materials, compounded with plant essence functional additives (amines), to achieve deep and thorough penetration without any blind spots. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medication reacts with harmful substances within the layer, altering their molecular structure. This results in efficient dissolution and removal, thoroughly eliminating harmful substances from various materials, furniture, fiber products, etc. Additionally, it enhances their rapid deodorization and odor elimination properties.
Deep Penetration Aggregation
Formaldehyde and TVOC stable liquids both utilize high-density aqueous sources, rich in penetration factors, capable of penetrating deep into the source of contamination. By adjusting with trace minerals, they act on the material structure, fully aggregating the free and unstable contaminant molecules within, transforming them from unstable to stable, and blocking their volatilization.
(Nanocoating Filtration)
This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned measures. It forms a unique sieve-like nano-release coating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release from within through the "release coating," and they are decomposed as they pass through. This measure effectively reduces the amount of residual harmful gases released and decomposes and clears most of the passing pollutants.
(Five) Composite photocatalytic agent
This technology product primarily serves to thoroughly purify the entire space, eliminating various organic harmful gases suspended in the air. It is not an ordinary photocatalyst. Standard photocatalysts only exhibit photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light conditions, requiring UV light below 380nm for activation, resulting in low practical efficiency and a lack of long-term stable photocatalytic capability. Our unit has introduced Japanese technology, utilizing noble metal doping, selenium earth, and photosensitizing materials combined with nano dual photocatalysts. This effectively reduces the activation energy, shifting it from UV light to visible light. Due to the noble metal doping and the energy storage properties of selenium earth, the load time of electrons and holes is extended, ensuring that this series of products continues to function even in dim light or darkness.
This composite photocatalytic technology not only retains the fundamental functions of early photocatalytic and antibacterial properties, but also significantly enhances the activity of hydroxyl radicals, releasing a large amount of negative oxygen ions, thereby multiplying its efficacy several times. This effectively oxidizes various organic substances into CO2 and H2O, eliminating pollution and sterilization. The product's effectiveness lasts up to 30 years, with no secondary pollution, providing lifelong benefits with a single use. It's akin to having a permanent, natural, and high-efficiency, invisible air purifier in every corner of the room.

The active molecules in this product's solution, containing conjugated double bonds and other active groups, can react with various unpleasant odors. The natural plant extract contains highly reactive functional group compounds and terpene compounds, which can be simply atomized into a gaseous state and distributed in the air of the polluted area. These substances collide with odor molecules containing amines, sulfides, formaldehyde, benzene, and others, causing chemical shifts during collisions. This prompts the odor molecules to alter their original molecular structures, thereby losing their smell. This product can target and eliminate various pollution sources without being restricted by material or environmental conditions, particularly achieving breakthroughs in directional deodorization technologies for stubborn pollutants like formaldehyde. Unlike ordinary deodorizers that mask one smell with another, this product does not add any chemical fragrances. Its principle is to completely remove odor molecules, returning to nature, and comprehensively improving indoor air quality.
