We understand that, under the existing global technological conditions, there is no technology or product capable of completely eliminating formaldehyde in artificial synthetic materials, the primary source of pollution, in a single instance! As long as there are artificial synthetic materials, there will be pollution sources. Therefore, a single technology or product cannot eliminate indoor air pollution issues in one go. When external conditions such as temperature and humidity change, pollution sources will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution once again. In such cases, the Waler three-dimensional three-maintenance control technology integrates multiple cutting-edge technologies, removing the core root internally and externally maintaining control, treating both symptoms and root causes, and ultimately resolving the current technical issues of indoor air pollution treatment, such as ineffective solutions or short-lasting effects. This ensures that indoor environments meet healthy and livable standards.
(1) Room Temperature Drug Fumigation
Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decorative materials and furniture (such as cracking at seams, leather aging, furniture warping, and wall paint peeling off), so we adopt the method of fumigation with universal purifying agents at room temperature. This method accelerates the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOCs from raw materials. The raw materials of universal purifying agents are internationally recognized AAA-grade safe substances, capable of acting on almost all organic pollutants. They actively attack and rapidly decompose harmful gas molecules in the air, eliminating over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes, and also provide bactericidal and anti-fungal effects.
Deep Penetration Dissolution
We employ advanced fine chemical technology and composite ultra-micron nanometer particle modified materials with plant essence functional additives (amines) to achieve deep and thorough penetration without any blind spots. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medicine reacts with harmful substances within the infiltration layer, altering their molecular structure, effectively dissolving and removing them. It completely clears harmful substances from various materials, furniture, fiber products, etc., and further enhances their rapid deodorization and odor elimination capabilities.
(3) Deep Penetration of Aggregate
Formaldehyde and TVOC stabilizing liquids both utilize high-density aqueous sources, rich in penetration factors, which can permeate into the interior of pollution sources. By adjusting with trace minerals, they act on the material structure, fully aggregating the free and unstable pollutant molecules inside, converting them from unstable to stable, and blocking their volatilization.
(4) Nanocoating Filter
This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned two measures. It forms a unique sieve-like nanoscale controlled-release coating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release from the inside through the "controlled-release coating," and they are decomposed as they pass through it. This measure can effectively reduce the amount of residual harmful gases released and decompose and remove most of the passing pollutants.

This technological product primarily serves to thoroughly purify overall spaces, eliminating various organic harmful gases floating in the air. It is not an ordinary photocatalyst. Standard photocatalysts require ultraviolet light conditions to exhibit photocatalytic activity, necessitating UV light below 380nm, resulting in low practical efficiency and a lack of long-term stable photocatalytic ability. Our unit has introduced Japanese technology, utilizing noble metal doping, selenium soil, and photosensitizing materials combined with nano dual photocatalysts, effectively reducing the activation energy. This translates to shifting the activation energy from UV light to visible light.
