We understand that under the existing technological conditions globally, there is no technology or product that can completely and permanently eliminate pollution sources, such as formaldehyde in artificial synthetic materials, in a single instance. As long as there are artificial synthetic materials, pollution sources will exist, and a single technology or product cannot eliminate indoor air pollution issues permanently. When external conditions like temperature and humidity change, pollution sources will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution again. In such cases, the Waler 3D Stereoscopic Protection and Control technology, a comprehensive purification solution, combines multiple cutting-edge technologies. It addresses the root cause internally and provides external maintenance control, treating both symptoms and root causes. This approach has thoroughly resolved current technical issues in indoor air pollution treatment, such as ineffective solutions that only treat the surface or have short-term effects, ultimately ensuring indoor environments meet healthy and livable standards.
(1) Room Temperature Drug Fumigation
Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decorative materials and furniture (such as cracking at seams, leather aging, furniture deformation, and peeling wallpaper, etc.). We use the method of fumigation with universal purifier at room temperature, which accelerates the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOCs in raw materials. The raw materials of the universal purifier product are internationally recognized AAA-grade safe substances, capable of acting on almost all organic pollutants. It actively attacks and rapidly decomposes harmful gas molecules in the air, eliminating over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes, and also serves as a bactericidal and mold-proof agent.
Deep penetration dissolution
We employ advanced fine chemical technology and composite ultra-fine nanoparticle modified materials with plant essence functional additives (amines) to achieve deep, all-angle penetration. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medication reacts with harmful substances in the infiltration layer, altering their molecular structure. It effectively dissolves and removes harmful substances from a variety of materials, furniture, fiber products, etc., from the source of internal contamination. Additionally, it enhances their rapid deodorization and elimination of odors.
Deep Penetration Aggregation
Formaldehyde and TVOC stable liquids both use high-density aqueous sources, rich in penetration factors, capable of permeating deep into the source of contamination. They adjust the action on the material structure through trace minerals, fully aggregating the free and unstable contaminant molecules within, transforming them from unstable to stable, and blocking their volatilization.
(Nanocoating Filtration)
This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned two measures. It forms a unique mesh-like nanoscale controlled-release coating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release through the "controlled-release coating" from the inside, and they are decomposed as they pass through. This measure can effectively reduce the amount of residual harmful gases released and decompose and remove most of the pollutants that pass through.

This technological product primarily focuses on comprehensive purification of the entire space, eliminating various organic harmful gases suspended in the air. It is not an ordinary photocatalyst. Standard photocatalysts only exhibit photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light conditions, requiring UV light below 380nm to activate, resulting in low practical efficiency and a lack of long-term stable photocatalytic capability. Our unit has introduced Japanese technology, utilizing precious metal doping, selenium earth, and photosensitizing materials in combination with nanometer dual photocatalysts, effectively reducing the activation energy. This means transitioning the activation energy from UV light to visible light. Due to the precious metal doping and the energy storage capabilities of selenium earth, the load time of electrons and holes is extended, ensuring that this series of products continues to function effectively even in low light or darkness.
This composite photocatalytic technology not only retains the fundamental functions of early photocatalytic and antibacterial properties, but also significantly enhances the activity of hydroxyl radicals, releasing a large number of negative oxygen ions, thereby multiplying its efficacy several times. This results in the complete oxidation of various organic substances into CO2 and H2O, effectively eliminating pollution and sterilization. The product's efficacy is long-lasting, up to 30 years, with no secondary pollution, providing perpetual benefits with a single use. It's akin to having a permanent, natural, and highly efficient, invisible air purifier in every corner of the indoor space.

The active molecules in the product solution, containing conjugated double bonds and other active groups, can interact with various unpleasant odors. The natural plant extract liquid contains high-reactive functional group compounds and terpenoids, which can be simply atomized into a gaseous state and distributed in the air of the polluted area. These substances collide with odor molecules containing amines, sulfides, formaldehyde, and benzene, etc., causing chemical shifts during collision. This prompts the odor molecules to alter their original molecular structure, thereby eliminating the smell. The product can target and eliminate various sources of pollution without being restricted by materials or environmental conditions, especially achieving breakthroughs in directional deodorization technologies for stubborn pollutants like formaldehyde. Unlike ordinary deodorizers that mask one smell with another, this product does not add any chemical fragrances. Its principle is to completely remove the odor molecules, return to nature, and comprehensively improve indoor air quality.
