(Two), Turbine Generator Set Automatic Gyrocompensator (DDZP4-ⅠL DDZP5.5-ⅠL)
The turbine-generator unit requires low-speed rotation of its shafting during startup or shutdown, for which the DDZP series low-speed automatic mechanical turntable is designed. The turntable assembly consists of a reducer, housing, crank linkage mechanism, gear transmission system, hydraulic unit, and electrical control components. It boasts low energy consumption, smooth operation, easy and labor-saving operation, safety and reliability, and the capability for remote control. Particularly, the gear engagement during the automatic insertion process has a snap-action feature, preventing vibration caused by forced startup due to gear impact. The turntable is available in various models from DDZP2.2-I to DDZP22-IL, suitable for domestic turbines of 12-300 MW capacity. The installation dimensions are interchangeable with the original turntable and can be installed directly. Special designs and manufacturing can also be provided for turntables of different units according to customer requirements.
Operating Principle:
Transmission System: The oscillating gear swings downward around the gear shaft, driven by the crank and connecting rod mechanism, to achieve tangential meshing with the steam turbine's large gear; the turntable motor is connected to the worm through a coupling and drives the gear shaft, oscillating gear, to rotate the steam turbine's large gear and its shaft system at a low speed through the worm and worm gear.
