Fully AutomaticHydraulic Oil Press MachinePrimarily used for individual home processing.Oil ExtractorThis product falls under:Hydraulic SpiralFully Automatic Oil Press MachineA type with limited production but simple and convenient. The main product isScrew Oil Press MachineCold-pressed螺旋油榨机 is also available at a relatively low cost, but it doesn't yield a high oil output. The All-in-One全自动螺旋油榨机, which is a technology introduced from South Korea over a decade ago, features vacuum filtration and automatic temperature control. The resulting oil product has excellent quality, a delightful aroma, and high yield. It's mainly used for processing in rural areas or for on-site processing in urban city centers, making the production process more transparent and reassuring to customers. This greatly benefits business operations. Many regions have adopted this model, and the profits are substantial.
Fully Automatic Hydraulic Oil Press MachineCommonly referred to asFully Automatic Spiral Oil ExtractorThe equipment is mainly composed of two parts: the hydraulic system and the press.
Almost all oil crops can be processed intoSmall Oil Press MachinePress and extract. Including peanuts, soybeans, sunflower seeds, rapeseed, walnuts, cottonseeds, and more.
Especially peanut oil and sesame oil, as they are relatively expensive. There's often counterfeiting and solvent-extracted oil in the market, which is harmful to health. Therefore, the on-site processing method is more satisfying for customers who value authenticity. It's the primary usage method in urban areas.

Oil ExtractorDuring operation, processed oil material is fed into the extrusion chamber from the hopper. The screw rotates, continuously pushing the material forward for pressing. As the material is in motion within the extruder's chamber under high pressure, significant frictional resistance is generated between the material, the screw, and the chamber walls, allowing for micro-friction between the particles and relative movement. Additionally, as the root diameter of the screw gradually increases and the pitch decreases, the rotating screw forces the material forward and flips it outward while the material layer close to the screw thread surface rotates along with the screw shaft.
Each particle in the extrusion chamber is not moving at a uniform speed in the same direction; rather, there is also relative motion between particles. The heat generated by friction meets the necessary heat requirements for the oil extraction process, aiding in the thermal denaturation of proteins within the material, destroying colloids, increasing plasticity, and also reducing viscosity in some cases, making it easier for oil to be extracted. Consequently, this improves the oil yield of the press, allowing the oil within the material to be squeezed out and flow out through the circular and strip perforations.
