Canola seed oil press (screw oil press) operates by processing the oil material from the hopper into the pressing chamber. The screw rotates, continuously pushing the material inward for pressing. Due to the movement of the material within the press chamber under high pressure, significant frictional resistance is generated between the material and the screw, as well as between the material and the chamber walls, causing relative motion between the particles. On the other hand, as the root diameter of the screw gradually thickens and the pitch decreases, the screw can both push the material forward and flip it outward while the material layer close to the screw threads rotates with the shaft. This results in each particle within the chamber not moving at a uniform speed or in the same direction, but rather exhibiting relative motion among particles. The heat generated by friction also meets the heat requirements of the oil pressing process, facilitating the thermal denaturation of proteins in the material, destroying colloids, enhancing plasticity, and reducing viscosity, which in turn facilitates oil extraction, thereby increasing the oil yield of the canola seed oil press and allowing the oil to be pressed out and flow out through the circular and strip gaps.

Remove the main shaft, disassemble the upper press basket, and smooth the outer and inner surfaces of the press screw and the spiral feeder with sandpaper. Apply lubricant to all lubrication points; the type and brand of lubricating oil in the gear box should comply with the specifications in the manual. After polishing the circular bars, they must be aligned in their original positions during assembly; they cannot be misaligned, as the arrangement and sequence of the circular bars are crucial for the oil pressing performance. After installing the circular bars, tighten them with the clamping nuts, ensuring that the circular disk can move slightly during oil pressing. Once the oil press has been processed as described, it can be securely fastened to the base with anchor bolts. During installation, the motor's pulley should be aligned with the oil press's pulley, positioned moderately, and the rotation direction should be correct. The tension of the drive belt should be adjusted appropriately.
