Large oil press machineIntroduction:
LargeOil Press MachineComprehensive specifications and reasonable pricing, catering to various consumer groups at different levels.LargeOil Press EquipmentMainly used for individual household oil pressing.LargeCold & hot dual system oil press, with multiple pressing functions, meticulous craftsmanship, a wide variety of types, high oil yield, and broad selection.
Almost all oil crops can be processed intoLargeOil press machines for extraction. Includes peanuts, soybeans, sunflower seeds, rapeseeds, sesame seeds, walnuts, cotton seeds, etc. Particularly peanut oil and sesame oil, which are more expensive due to their high quality. There is often counterfeit and solvent-extracted oil on the market, which is harmful to health. Therefore, the on-site processing method is more in line with the needs of customers who value authenticity and quality. It is the primary method of use in urban areas now.

LargeOil press machine, introduced from South Korea over a decade ago in China, featuring vacuum filtration and automatic temperature control. The resulting oil is of high quality, with a pleasant aroma and high yield. Currently, it is primarily used for processing in rural areas, or for on-site processing in urban areas, making the production process more transparent and reassuring to customers. This approach greatly benefits business operations. Many regions are now operating under this model, yielding substantial profits.
Oil Press Machine, a product introduced with Korean technology and developed in collaboration with the Oil and Food Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences, is in compliance with the Ministry of Agriculture's agricultural standards.LargeOil press machine technical specifications and standards, the oil products processed are pure and retain the original flavor, making it the choice for creating a "modern oil mill."
The oil press equipment is primarily composed of electrical control, automatic heating, adjustment, transmission, and vacuum filtration components. The press screw is made of alloy steel and carburized for enhanced surface hardness and wear resistance; the press die is ground on a planer grinding machine to ensure oil line precision and increase oil yield; standard components such as power distribution, vacuum, and automatic heating are selected from renowned domestic brands to optimize machine configuration; the machine surface is made of stainless steel and chrome-plated, meeting food hygiene standards.

LargeOil Press Working Principle:
LargeDuring operation, processed oil material enters the squeezing chamber from the hopper. The screw rotates, continuously pushing the material forward for pressing. As the material is in motion within the squeezing chamber under high pressure, significant frictional resistance is generated between the material and the screw, as well as between the material and the chamber walls, causing relative motion. Additionally, due to the increasing diameter of the screw's root and the decreasing pitch, as the screw turns, the threads exert force on the material, pushing it forward and flipping it over. Simultaneously, the material layer near the screw threads rotates with the shaft. This results in each material particle within the chamber not moving at a constant speed or in the same direction, but experiencing relative motion among particles. The heat generated by friction also meets the heat requirements of the oil extraction process, facilitating the thermal denaturation of proteins in the material, destroying colloids, enhancing plasticity, and reducing viscosity, which makes it easier for oil to be extracted. Consequently, the oil extraction rate of the press is improved, allowing the oil within the material to be squeezed out and flow out through the circular and strip gaps.
