Rapeseed oil expeller working principle:

The rapeseed oil press (screw oil press) operates by feeding processed oil materials into the press chamber through the hopper. The screw rotates, pushing the material forward for extraction. As the material moves within the press chamber under high pressure, significant frictional resistance is generated between the material and the screw, and between the material and the chamber walls, causing relative motion. Additionally, due to the increasing diameter of the screw's root and decreasing pitch, as the screw rotates, the threads push the material forward and also flip it outward, while the material layer close to the screw's thread surface rotates with the screw shaft. This results in each material particle within the chamber not moving at a uniform speed or direction, but with relative motion among particles. The heat generated by friction also meets the thermal requirements of the oil extraction process, aiding in the heat denaturation of proteins within the material, breaking down colloids, enhancing plasticity, and reducing viscosity, which facilitates easier oil extraction, thereby increasing the oil yield of the rapeseed oil press and allowing oil to be pressed out of the material and drain out through the circular and strip gaps.

Remove the main shaft, disassemble the top press basket, and use sandpaper to smooth the outer and inner surfaces of the press screw and the spiral feeder. Apply lubricant to all lubrication points; the type and brand of oil in the gear box should comply with the specifications in the manual. After polishing the round plate, ensure it is reassembled in the original position without misalignment, as the arrangement and sequence of the round plate significantly affect the oil pressing performance. After installing the round plate, tighten it with the clamping nut to a degree that allows the disc to蠕move during oil pressing. Once the oil press has been processed as above, secure it to the base using the anchor bolts. During installation, align the motor's pulley with the oil press's pulley, ensuring moderate positioning, correct rotation direction, and adjust the tension of the drive belt appropriately.
