1. Complete Machine Structure

The machine features a complete welding structure, with the frame consisting of left and right side panels, worktable, oil tank, supports, synchronous shaft, and sliders.

Integrated hydraulic control system, compact in structure, reduces pipeline connections, enhances system reliability and ease of maintenance.

2. Utilizing twisted shaft synchronization, two synchronous swing arms are installed at both ends of the slider, ensuring the slider's movement remains parallel to the worktable. The cylinder's lower stroke is mechanically indexed by a stop block, maintaining a consistent bending angle during continuous operation without drift. An added flexibility compensation mechanism is fitted to the upper mold.

3. Material stop and slider stroke adjustment with manual fine-tuning and digital display. The hydraulic power unit features a compact structure, easy installation, and an integrated hydraulic valve block with minimized oil passage and connector count. The slider transmission offers a wide speed adjustment range and operates smoothly and reliably.

4. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which is easy to adjust.
