One. Complete Machine Structure

The machine features a fully welded structure, consisting of left and right side panels, worktable, oil tank, support bars, synchronous shaft, and sliders, etc.

II. Technology and Craftsmanship

Integrated hydraulic control system, compact in structure, reduces pipeline connections, enhancing system reliability and ease of maintenance.

2. Utilizing twisted shaft synchronization, two synchronous pendulum arms are installed at both ends of the slider, ensuring the slider's movement remains parallel to the workbench. The oil cylinder's lower stroke is mechanically locked by a stop block, preventing any drift in continuous bending angles. A deflection compensation mechanism is added to the upper mold.

3. Material stop and slider stroke adjustment with manual fine-tuning and digital display. The hydraulic power unit has a compact structure, is easy to install, and features an integrated hydraulic valve block with minimized oil passages and connections. The slider is driven smoothly with a wide speed adjustment range, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

4. The upper mold is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism, which is easy to adjust.
