Stamping process for the four blind points of the aluminum frame for photovoltaic cell components.

During the stamping of the long side with four blind holes, the side cores extend into the profile cavity, the mold is pressed down on the four blind holes, and then the cores are withdrawn after completion.

◆During the stamping of short side with four blind holes, the corner codes are positioned on both sides, the mold is pressed down, and the corner codes are riveted together with the short side.

◆The long-side mold inserts automatically telescope, while the short-side mold inserts automatically locate, significantly enhancing work efficiency.
