When the pressure value is within the preset range, the helical spring keeps the valve cover closed. The three external spring rods maintain a tight seal on the external annular valve cover until the pressure generated inside the steel storage tank is less than the spring force. The smaller valve cover covers the central circular opening of the external valve cover from below. During the pressure extraction, the spring compresses and the valve cover drops. Air enters from the outside of the steel plate storage, ensuring quick pressure balance and pushing the central valve cover into the closed position.
