(1): The gas supply pipes in the steel plate storage are made of standard DN50 galvanized steel pipes. The main gas supply pipeline for the central gasification area is directly introduced from the intake pipeline outside the storage wall, while the main gas supply pipeline for the storage edge gasification area is arranged outside the storage wall of the steel plate storage.
(2): The exhaust piping in the steel plate storage utilizes standard DN32 seamless steel pipes, with the same arrangement and shape as the vaporizing pipes. The exhaust distribution pipes are integrated with the vaporizing pipes.
(3): The gasification pipes in the steel plate storage body are made of standard DN32-50 seamless steel pipes. There is a soft metal pipe on the outer surface of the steel pipe, and a mineral wool pipe on the outer surface of the soft metal pipe. The arrangement of the gasification pipes extends outward in a fan shape from the center of the bottom of the storage body, with a spacing of 50 cm. The fan-shaped gasification pipes are installed parallel to the bottom of the storage body, and they consist of multiple different areas.
(4): Sheet steel stockIn the feeding system, the key component is the gasification tube device within the steel plate storage. Its intake area is diagonally opened through a cyclic cross-gas supply. The distribution of the gasification tubes is radiating from the central area outward in a strip-like pattern.
