
A counter-attack crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break materials. As the machine operates, driven by an electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When materials enter the hammer impact zone, they collide with the hammers on the rotor for crushing. After being thrown onto the counter-attack device, they are broken again. Then, they bounce back to the hammer impact zone from the counter-attack liner and are crushed once more. This process repeats, with materials progressively entering the first, second, and third counter-attack chambers for repeated crushing from large to small until they reach the desired particle size and are discharged through the outlet.

Reasonably reduce the moisture content of materialsIf the material contains excessive moisture, it tends to adhere in the crushing chamber and easily clog during the feeding process, thereby reducing the productivity of the impact crusher. Therefore, for materials with high moisture content, it is advisable to pre-dry or dry them to properly reduce the material's humidity, thus enhancing the productivity of the impact crusher.2. Pre-screen materials in advanceIf the material before crushing contains a large amount of large pieces of ore, it will necessarily increase the crushing time of the material in the crushing cavity, leading to a decrease in the production capacity of the impact crusher to some extent. Additionally, if the pre-crushed material contains a lot of fine powder, it will also reduce the production capacity of the impact crusher. This is because the fine powder tends to adhere easily, affecting conveying and discharge. By pre-screening the material and separating out the large pieces and powdered material for processing, the material entering the crushing cavity will better align with the design requirements of the impact crusher, effectively enhancing its production capacity.3. Increase the main motor power appropriatelyWithin the rated motor power range, the higher the main motor power, the greater the production efficiency and output capacity of the impact crusher. Therefore, during production, the main motor power can be increased within the permissible range to enhance the output capacity of the impact crusher.4.
