Operation PrincipleThe Fine Crusher is a continuous operating equipment where materials sequentially enter the cavity through the feeding port, fall onto the high-speed rotating active hammer head, and undergo preliminary crushing through impact with the counter-plate. After multiple high-frequency repeated hammering and counter-impact, the materials accumulate on the intermediate plate, causing slippage and falling onto the high-speed rotating lower impeller disk. They are then hurled at the counter-plate, colliding, falling, and being forced into counter-impact, crushing, and grinding by the movable hammerhead. As a result, the materials experience multiple composite crushing and washing during the free-fall process, achieving ultra-fine effects before being discharged through the discharge port.
