Alumina hollow sphere bricks are made from raw materials such as alumina hollow spheres and electric fused corundum powder, uniformly molded and then sintered at high temperatures. Alumina hollow sphere bricks are a new type of high-temperature insulation refractory material. They are resistant to high temperatures and acidic/alkaline erosion, have good chemical stability, low density, and a low thermal conductivity with a large number of closed pores. They are widely used in high and ultra-high temperature thermal equipment in the petrochemical, ceramic, and scientific research industries; they are used to line high and ultra-high temperature electric furnaces and kilns to reduce the weight of the furnace body, significantly improve thermal efficiency, shorten production cycles, and are an ideal refractory material for energy and material conservation.
Product Application: Used in high and ultra-high temperature thermal equipment for petrochemical, ceramic, and scientific research purposes; also used for the lining of high and ultra-high temperature furnaces and kilns.
