Alumina hollow sphere bricks are made from raw materials such as alumina hollow spheres and electric fused corundum powder, uniformly molded and then sintered at high temperatures. Alumina hollow sphere bricks are a new type of high-temperature insulating refractory material. They are resistant to high temperatures and acidic/alkaline erosion, possess good chemical stability, low density, and a low thermal conductivity with a large number of closed pores. They are widely used in high and ultra-high temperature thermal equipment in the petrochemical, ceramic, and scientific research industries. They are also used to line the inner walls of high and ultra-high temperature electric furnaces and kilns to reduce the weight of the furnace body, significantly improving thermal efficiency and shortening production cycles, making them an ideal refractory material for energy and material conservation.
Product Application: Used in high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature thermal equipment for petrochemicals, ceramics, and scientific research; also used as the lining for constructing high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature furnaces and kilns.
