Shandong Xingyu Glove Co., Ltd. was established in 1992. The company boasts advanced domestic production equipment and technology, integrating weaving, core knitting, and dipping operations. We produce a wide range of dipped gloves in various materials and sizes, including natural latex dipped gloves, nitrile dipped gloves, PVC dipped gloves, PU dipped gloves, foam gloves, abrasive gloves, dot-molded gloves, cut-resistant gloves, and disposable nitrile gloves, among others, with over 100 different varieties. Xingyu Glove is a socially responsible safety glove manufacturer. Since 2014, when Xingyu Glove responded to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, we have re-planned our glove production wastewater treatment plant. Since our collaboration with Guangbo Environmental Protection (a wastewater treatment company) in 2014, we have constructed a labor protection production line wastewater treatment station with a daily capacity of 3,000 m³ in 2014, a disposable nitrile wastewater treatment station with a daily capacity of 1,800 m³ and a recycled water system in 2015, a labor protection wastewater treatment and recycled water system with a capacity of 3,000 m³ in 2016, and a comprehensive wastewater treatment station with a daily capacity of 6,000 m³ and a complete recycled water system in 2018. In 2018, we completed a VOC treatment project for 13 workshops. Due to the rapid expansion of Xingyu Glove Factory, a new production facility has been constructed to increase production, primarily focusing on disposable nitrile glove production lines; the wastewater generated is 15,000 m³/day. In response to the national call, while treating the wastewater from such gloves, the company aims to meet recycled water standards. Therefore, Xingyu Glove has once again entrusted our Guangbo Environmental Protection to build a 15,000 m³/day wastewater treatment plant and a 15,000 m³/day reclaimed water system.
