Wastewater sump gas treatment involves adding a glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) protective hood above the sump. FRP boasts high quality, strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of installation, making it the preferred material for covering wastewater sumps. Our company designs and provides FRP protective hoods tailored to the specific shape of the customer's wastewater sump, allowing for selection and maximum satisfaction of customer needs. The process of treating waste gases with a wastewater sump cover involves adding an FRP hood above the sump. This separates the emitted gases from the air, with exhaust ports added to the hood surface and ventilation pipes installed. Waste gases enter the gas purification tower through these pipes. To enhance gas collection, a FRP fan is installed in front of the tower, drawing waste gases into the tower. Inside the tower, the gases undergo two-stage spraying. If the gases are acidic, alkaline solutions are used for absorption; if alkaline, acidic solutions are employed for absorption by spraying. The waste gas treatment efficiency exceeds 90%, and the emissions meet relevant standards. Product Function: This product is used for sealing odor gas pools, wastewater sumps, and oxidation ditches, etc., to prevent the release of臭气. An exhaust port is located above the gas collection hood, and the odors are drawn out through pipes to an odor removal device for purification treatment.
