II. Features of High-Frequency Melting Sample Machine Equipment:
1. The operation utilizes a touchscreen and PLC controller, enabling full automatic control of heating current, heating time, swing angle/speed, and inclusion, along with infrared monitoring of sample temperature; thereby achieving one-button control of the entire melting process of the sample.
2. Fast melting speed, completing a pattern test in 5-12 minutes. The platinum crucible with a self-rotating and swinging device ensures uniformity in the molten samples, reducing the segregation phenomenon in the samples.
3. Programmable step-wise temperature rise (power control) with infrared temperature measurement for easy parameter setting of melting conditions for different materials. Simply set the heating or cooling process curve according to your process requirements, and the equipment will automatically perform a series of actions such as heating, temperature rise, swinging, rotation, and cooling, with one-touch start and stop.
4. Samples can be melted under varying temperatures as per different sample requirements.
The product is designed with an integrated structural layout. High-frequency induction current and operating status readings are displayed, recorded directly on the analog screen via communication methods, allowing data to be saved and exported for easy analysis. An insulating device is used inside the furnace to ensure the surface temperature of the furnace is below 35℃, enabling continuous sample production without waiting for the furnace to cool down, thus improving work efficiency.
