This product features a horizontal split structure design, which is innovative and aesthetically pleasing. It employs a touch screen + PLC control mode, with multi-interface design for easy operation, intuitive display, and powerful functions. It is primarily used for melting vanadium-titanium alloy materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions in colleges and universities, research institutions, and production enterprises. It can also be used for melting and processing of metal materials such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloys, rare-earth neodymium iron boride, and more. It is applicable in the preparation of metal alloys, remelting of cast iron, smelting and sintering of non-metallic materials, graphitization sintering of high-temperature materials, and more.

Fast melting rate, sample test can be completed within 20-30 minutes.
Wide temperature range: 500-1700, 800-2000℃
3. Equipped with a tilting device, molten samples can be poured into pre-prepared ingot molds, casting the desired sample shape.
