Equipment Purpose
This product features a horizontal split design with a novel structure and aesthetically pleasing appearance. It employs a control mode of touch screen + PLC, boasts multiple interface designs for ease of operation, intuitive display, powerful functions. It is mainly used for smelting vanadium-titanium alloy materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions in colleges and universities, research institutions, and production enterprises. It can also be used for the smelting and processing of metal materials (such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, copper, alloy steel, nickel cobalt alloys, rare earth neodymium iron boride, etc.). It can be applied in the preparation of metal alloys, remelting of cast iron, smelting and sintering of non-metallic materials, graphitization sintering of high-temperature materials, etc.
II. Product Features
Fast melting rate, sample testing can be completed within 10-20 minutes.
Wide temperature range: 500-1700, 800-2000, 1000-2400℃
3. Equipped with a tilting device, the molten sample can be poured into a pre-prepared ingot mold, casting the shape of the sample you desire.
4. Melting available under various atmosphere conditions: vacuum, vacuum + atmosphere, protective atmosphere.
5. Equipped with an operational simulation screen, allowing for a direct observation of the operation process of each component, as well as a clear display of their operational status.
6. Infrared temperature measurement available. Real-time temperature display capability.
7. Full stainless steel body structure with water cooling, ensuring the shell temperature remains below 35°C, safeguarding your personal safety.
