Product Application:
This furnace features a vertical structure and is suitable for metal materials undergoing annealing, brazing, sintering, and degassing treatments under high vacuum and high temperatures. It is also applicable for the dehydration treatment of quartz materials.

4. High-configured equipment features real-time editing, storage, calling, uploading, and downloading functions. Touchscreens can pre-store dozens of sintering processes, allowing for one-time editing and subsequent direct calling for use, eliminating the hassle of multiple edits, avoiding input errors, and preventing product damage.
Sintering temperature, vacuum levels, and other data can be recorded in real-time and can be started or stopped at any time to minimize unnecessary data. Data is searchable and can be exported for download.
High sintering temperature, molybdenum wire/molybdenum sheet heater temperature can reach 1600℃ and above.
7. Equipped with self-contained water cooling, eliminating the hassle of water routing for the customer.
