River sand dryerOur company offers drying services for materials such as dry-mixed mortar, yellow sand, river sand, sea sand, quartz sand, corundum, and石榴砂, suitable for industries like construction materials, chemicals, and casting. We have specially developed environmentally friendly dryers that can burn natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel, methane, and biomass pellets.
Features:
1. Small investment in river sand drying machine
2. The initial moisture content of the material is 15%, with a final moisture content of less than 0.5%, suitable for cement plants, slag micro-fine powder, and dry-mixed mortar production lines.
3. The river sand dryer has a heat efficiency of 80% (traditional single-tube dryers have a heat efficiency of 35%).
4. Fuel can be adapted for natural gas, liquefied gas, diesel, methane, biomass pellets, etc., and can dry block materials, granular materials, and powdered materials under 100mm.
5. Reduces floor space by approximately 40% compared to single-tube dryers.
6. No air leakage, resolves the sealing difficulties, can be installed within a few hours.
7. Adjust the final moisture content to meet customer specifications.
8. Material temperature < 50 degrees can be directly stored in the raw material warehouse.
9. The outer cylinder of the environmental-friendly river sand drying machine operates at 60 degrees, with waste gas temperature <100 degrees. The dust removal equipment has a long service life, and the output is all steam.
