Elevator protective doors are entirely constructed of steel structures. The steel used conforms to national standard materials, and the manufacturing process strictly follows the drawings, ensuring accurate dimensions and strong welding points for the purpose of safety protection. The elevator safety doors are lemon yellow, with the lower door sill featuring alternating yellow and black strips. These elevator protective doors are essential protective equipment for preventing personal injuries at construction sites and are suitable for various types of construction projects.
Elevator Safety Gate Structure Introduction:
Door frame
The door frames are typically made of Baosteel 20mm x 30mm square tubes,焊接, and can also be customized to 20x20, 25x25, 30x30, or 30x40 square tubes according to customer requirements. Welded with TIG process, offering high strength and stable quality; they resist breakage and twisting without disconnection.
Door bolt
The door bolts are made with galvanized complete set technology, featuring an aesthetically pleasing design and ease of use. The bolts are designed externally, accessible only by elevator operators to open and close the protective doors, effectively preventing individuals waiting on the floors from opening them, and eliminating potential construction risks of high-rise throwing and falling.
Front facade
The facade is constructed using a combination of perforated steel mesh or electric-welded wire mesh with steel plates. This design not only prevents waiting personnel from reaching to open the door but also facilitates observation of the building's interior by elevator operators, promoting communication between staff on both sides of the building. The high-strength cold-rolled steel plates are also commonly used in small vehicles, capable of withstanding impacts exceeding 300kg. Additionally, the application of cautionary phrases and toe-guard warning lines enhances the civil construction image of the site.
Door hinge
The hinge is made from a 16# round tube, significantly simplifying the installation process. Simply weld a 90-degree right angle round bar at the corresponding position on the outer frame steel tube column, hang the protective door, and it's ready for use; disassembly is also convenient.
