Spiral conveyors are not suitable for materials that are prone to spoilage, have high viscosity, or are prone to caking. This is because these materials tend to stick to the screw and rotate without moving forward, or they can cause blockages at the suspension bearing, rendering the spiral conveyor inoperable. The working environment for the spiral conveyor should be between -20°C and 50°C, allowing for slight inclination, with the inclination angle not exceeding 20%.
