Biomass Briquette Machine Working Principle:
Composed of parts such as the feeding conveyor, compressor, and discharge machine. The compressor consists of the frame, motor, feed opening, transmission system, pressure roller, annular mold, electric heating ring, and discharge opening.
Operating Principle: The prepared crop straw or forage is chopped or extruded into strands with a length below 50mm and a moisture content between 10% to 25%. The material is then conveyed to the feeding port via an infeed conveyor. As the main shaft rotates, it drives the roller to turn, and with the roller's self-rotation, the material is forced out in block form through the mold holes and falls out of the discharge port. After cooling (moisture content not exceeding 14%), it is bagged and packaged.
Structural Features: 1. The motor drives the reducer to rotate the main shaft, which then drives the roller to turn. The structure is simple and easy to maintain; 2. The radial gap between the roller and mold can be easily adjusted, ensuring an appropriate gap between the two rollers and the mold; 3. Additional upper and lower electrical heating rings are added to heat the ring mold, which is beneficial for material shaping.
