Plastic drag chains, also known as nylon drag chains, are constructed from single-piece chain plates and crossbars. The chain plates feature adjustable rotation radius openings and reinforced pivot pins. The crossbars represent the inner width component, with end sections that securely clamp the chain plates without easy disengagement. The chain plates and crossbars can be assembled according to customer specifications, with each section of the chain plate able to be opened freely for easy installation and maintenance. Drag chains are widely used in industries such as CNC machine tools, electronic equipment, glass machinery, injection molding robot arms, handling machinery, plastic machinery, lifting equipment, woodworking machinery, automotive industry, industrial vehicles, metalworking machines, machine tools, casting machinery, and port equipment.
