Circular or square dampers can be set according to the different application environments of the pipeline. They are used to cutoff the medium flow and can also be used to regulate the flow rate of the medium. These round dampers are safe, reliable, convenient to utilize, energy-saving, and have excellent comprehensive performance. They are mainly used for adjusting the hot air ducts in boilers.
Product Features:
(1) Suitable for coal powder, smoke, dust, gas, etc.; operating temperature ≤ 450℃
(2) The DD41 series round air gates are available in standard and wear-resistant models for user selection, to meet different operating conditions and enhance the service life of the air gates.
(3) The DD42 series square air gates are available in various forms from single-axis to six-axis options.
(4) Manual, worm gear, electric, and other transmission methods are available.
Product Applications:
Circular dampers are mainly used for boiler hot air duct regulation, and are differentiated by nominal diameter, with 18 specifications ranging from DN100 to DN1400. The leakage rate of circular dampers in a fully closed state is ≤3%; higher working pressure ≤50kpa; higher working temperature ≤400°C.
Adjustable baffles are used for regulating airflow in smoke and air ducts. At different positions within the 90-degree rotation range of the baffle, various flow rates can be adjusted. They feature flexible rotation and excellent regulating performance. For hot air regulating doors, there are sealed air connectors at the shaft end bearings, allowing for the introduction of sealed air from the outside.
