Curbs must be strung out for construction, with the side and top surface height lines pulled tight, and the side curbs laid according to the line. The side curbs must be installed properly, avoiding any forward or backward tilt. The top line of the side should be straight, smooth, and even, with no irregularities in height or misalignment. The plane should not have any up-and-down or inner and outer misalignment.

b. Curbs must be constructed with solid bedding mortar; filling gaps with mortar is strictly prohibited.

c. The joints of curbside stones should not exceed 1mm in misalignment; the side stones and flat stones must be evenly staggered in the middle.

d. Curbing side stones must meet the design requirements for dimensions and finish. The appearance should be aesthetically pleasing. For弯道 parts, the side stones should be specially processed to match the design radius, ensuring smooth, rounded lines and tight joints during construction. Arc-shaped side stones must be hand-finished and polished.

e. The back of the curbside should be filled with compacted soil, with a compaction width of not less than 50mm and a thickness of not less than 15mm.

f. Curbing Joint Sealing: During joint sealing, it is necessary to hang a line again, clean out all debris from the side stone joints, moisten with water, and then fill and seal the joints with 1:2.5 cement mortar.
