Curbstone, also known as sidewalk curb or edge stone, is commonly used as a boundary marker along the edge of roads. It delineates the separation between driving lanes, pedestrian walkways, green areas, dividers, and other road components, ensuring pedestrian and vehicle safety as well as maintaining the neatness of the road edge. The material requirements for curbstone are as follows: The stone material is machine-cut from uniform natural stone, with the stone's strength meeting the required standards. It must have a uniform color, free from cracks, with complete edges and consistent appearance, without visible spots or color variations. Weathering is not permitted, and during handling, it must not be dropped, struck, or bumped to avoid damage. The material is cut to a uniform length with an allowable tolerance of ±20mm, and the width, thickness, and height have an allowable tolerance of ±2mm.
