


Utilizing a roller linkage cam-type flip gate, incorporating the center of gravity configuration of the same model flip gate, the previous concrete panel material has been replaced with steel structural material. The steel plate bottom employs a concrete weighting method. The advantages are as follows:
High overall structural strength, long service life.
Due to the fact that steel gates are primarily welded from base materials such as steel plates and I-beams, they offer greater overall strength, reliability, and stability, enhancing their load-bearing capacity. Additionally, with anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments, these steel gates have a longer service life.
b. No restrictions on external dimensions.
Due to the rolling operation of reinforced concrete flap gates and the limitations imposed by various material specifications and the inherent characteristics of concrete products during production, they are not suitable for being made too tall or too long. In contrast, steel structure flap gates, being made of metal and焊接, possess the inherent properties of metal, allowing them to be unrestricted in terms of shape and specifications.
c. Excellent waterstop sealing effect.
The concrete-reinforced steel flip gate door is assembled from a single precast concrete panel, with secondary grouting in the gaps between panels. Due to the vibration and impact during operation, leakage may occur at the gaps of the gate door. In contrast, the steel structure flip gate door is made of steel plates welded together, with a seamless leaf seal, thus providing better water-stop performance than the concrete-reinforced steel flip gate door.
d. Gate replacement/maintenance is convenient and quick.
If the gate is deformed or damaged, it can be directly corrected or the deformed or damaged part can be cut out, and then welded with new material for a simple repair and replacement.

The gate is overall elegant and flat, after the dam surface passes through, it forms a waterfall, adding a beautiful landscape. The gate surface is treated for corrosion resistance, and suitable colors can be chosen for the gate surface based on the local environment, achieving a harmonious beauty with the natural landscape.
