Screw Jack联动 Platform
The worm screw lifting platform consists of one or more lifting screws, powered by a motor (or handwheel), coordinating with other components for synchronized and smooth up and down movement.
The lifting platform of the screw jack, whether it's a two-way, three-way, or four-way drive, we recommend using a single motor to power it, as the motor's RPM varies per minute, making it difficult to achieve synchronization and stability with multiple drives.
Common combination methods for screw jack platforms include two units, four units, eight units, etc. Two units are interconnected.I and T types are available. Compared to the T-type structure where the drive source is in the middle, the elevator experiences more even force distribution and offers a more stable transmission effect. Four联动 units are available in T, U, and H types, with H-type development and 2H-type multi-unit combinations. Customers can choose based on their own installation space and usage. For more selection options, please consult our technical staff.
It consists of a worm gear reducer and a lifting screw, with the reduction component being a worm drive that uses the worm to drive the worm gear for deceleration. The worm gear center features an internal threaded structure, akin to the nut of the lifting screw, and is matched with the lifting screw.
The lifting speed of the reducer is equal to the input speed of the worm divided by the reduction ratio of the worm and worm gear, then multiplied by the pitch of the lifting screw. Due to its structural reasons, this screw lifting machine is typically lubricated with grease; some series use oil lubrication, which offers the advantages of longer lifespan and more stable operation compared to the grease-lubricated series.
