The stainless steel screw jack consists of parts such as worm gears, worm shafts, housing, bearings, and screws.

Operating Principle: The stainless steel screw jack is a lifting mechanism composed ofAn electric or manual motor drives the worm gear to rotate, which in turn减速rotates the worm wheel. The inner cavity of the worm wheel is machined into an internal thread, driving the screw up and down. Due to the reduction gear effect of the worm gear, worm, and screw inside, it can amplify the thrust.

As the screw or nut rotates, the ball bearings roll along the thread groove, generating rolling friction as the screw and nut move relative to each other. To prevent the ball bearings from rolling out of the groove, return guide devices are installed at both ends of the nut's helical slots.
Nut-fixed, screw rotated for movement. As the nut itself serves as support, this transmission method eliminates the additional axial clearance that may be caused by screw bearing, featuring a simple structure and achieving higher transmission accuracy. However, its axial dimension cannot be too long, otherwise, it lacks rigidity. Therefore, it is only suitable for short stroke applications.
