Rack jack is an extension of the synchronous lifting jack, a structure that can be self-driven by motor connection, rotating the central drive shaft to make the rack perform linear motion. It supports a maximum load of 3000kg and can achieve multi-travel operation through motor control, while fully retaining all the characteristics of the synchronous lifting jack.
Rack jack comes in three basic types: IRJ (standard), IRJC (clean type), and IRJL (linear guide type).
1. Turbine worm gear reducer flanges can be customized according to the matching motor size.
2. When the top guard is not in use, the dimensions are the same as the standard model.
Straight and helical racks, CNC machine lifts, engraving machines, milling machines, custom made racks
Key Features of Rack and Pinion:
1. Due to the straight profile of the rack teeth, each point on the profile has the same pressure angle, which is equal to the inclination angle of the profile. This angle is known as the tooth form angle, with a standard value of 20°.
2. Any line parallel to the pitch line has the same pitch and module.
3. A straight line parallel to the pitch line and with a thickness equal to the width of the tooth space is called the pitch line (midline), which is the baseline for calculating the dimensions of the rack.
