SJB Ball BearingsScrew JackUnique square concave shell design, enhancing shell heat dissipation capabilities and extending grease lifespan. The choice of nodular cast iron for the shell material significantly improves the shell's strength and performance, as well as its high-temperature resistance.Wide application under low temperatures. Square tail cover design, prevents the lead screw from rotating freely. Advanced processing equipment and assembly technology ensure high product quality. Advanced design concepts create products with strong impact resistance, high strength, low noise, long service life, and compact size.

High mechanical synchronization accuracy, smooth operation, strong impact resistance, offering rolling and precision ball screw screw lifting machines. The 10-minute work system accounts for over 50%.

Screw Jack Interlock Platform
The worm screw lifting platform consists of one or more lifting screws, powered by a motor (or handwheel), working in conjunction with other components for synchronized and smooth up and down movement.
For the lifting platform of screw jack, whether it's a 2, 3, or 4-column drive, we recommend using a single motor to power it. This is because the speed difference per minute of the motor makes it difficult to achieve synchronization and stability when using multiple drives.
The common combinations of screw jack platforms include two, four, eight units, etc. A two-unit联动 arrangement isI and T types are available. Compared to the T-type structure where the drive source is in the middle, the elevator experiences more even force distribution, resulting in a more stable transmission effect. Four interconnected types include T, U, and H, with H-type and 2H-type for multiple combinations. Customers can choose based on their installation space and other requirements. Ball screws are the ideal product for converting rotary motion into linear motion, or vice versa.Ball screws are commonly used transmission components in tool and precision machinery, primarily converting rotational motion into linear motion or torque into repetitive axial force, while also featuring high precision and reversibility. Due to their minimal friction resistance, ball screws are widely employed in various industrial equipment and precision instruments. A ball screw consists of a screw, nut, steel balls, preload plates, reverser, and dust cover. Its function is to convert rotational motion into linear motion, which is an extension and development of the ECM screw. The significance of this development lies in transforming the bearing from sliding action to rolling action.
