

A worm gear screw jack is a compact transmission mechanism with a high transmission ratio, featuring an automatic locking function under certain conditions. It is easy to install and well-designed, thus gaining more widespread application. By adding a helical gear reducer at the input end of a worm gear reducer, the multi-stage reducer achieves extremely low output speeds, offering higher power than a single-stage worm gear jack, with reduced vibration, noise, and energy consumption.

Based on different constructions, ball screw actuators can be divided into the following three types:
1. Belt Brakes: The braking steel belt generates braking torque by radially embracing the braking wheel.
2. Block Brakes: Two symmetrically arranged brake pads generate braking torque by radially gripping the brake wheel.
3. Disc and Cone Brakes: Metal discs with friction linings, both disc and cone types, generate braking torque when tightly pressed against each other axially.
