
Gear shifters, also known as gear shift boxes or gear shifters, are a type of power transmission mechanism and a series within减速 machines. They are widely used in the industrial sector. The products have now achieved standardization and a variety of specifications. Shifters can operate in both forward and reverse directions, providing smooth transmission at low or high speeds. Installation and Maintenance:
1. The reverser can only be mounted on a flat, shock-absorbing, and torsion-resistant support structure.
2. Under no circumstances is it permitted to hammer belt pulleys, couplings, sprockets, or chain wheels into the output shaft. Doing so will damage the bearings and shaft.
3. After the reverser is installed, check for smooth operation. It is mandatory to conduct an unloaded test before actual use. Once the operation is normal, proceed to gradually load and run.
4. Switches must never be operated beyond their rated load.
5. Ensure the oil level is normal before and during the use of the directional control valve.
