Our company produces various cooling tower spray devices with ABS material triple-jet nozzles, featuring an external threaded connection for connection to the pipe network. Below the external threaded connection, there are successively coaxial and spaced larger and smaller splash trays, and a conical deflector head with decreasing diameters. At least two rods are vertically arranged around the circumference and fixed to the external threaded connection. On the larger and smaller splash trays, there are also larger and smaller drain holes coaxial with the conical nozzle, with the inner diameters decreasing in size. The larger and smaller splash trays are hemispherical with the convex surface facing up, and the conical deflector head is conical with the tip pointing upwards.
