

The aerofoil-shaped cooling tower fan blades are made of aluminum alloy hot extrusion, with a hollow aerofoil cross-section, featuring light weight, high air volume, low noise, excellent balance performance, and long-lasting durability without corrosion or deformation. Compared to fans of the same model made from other materials, the aerofoil fan has a 20% higher air volume at the same speed. Available in diameters ranging from 1200mm to 8000mm, the blades come in two widths: 260mm and 350mm, and three blade counts: 3, 4, and 6. The central hole diameter can be customized according to the motor or reducer configuration. High-strength hollow aluminum wings are used, with a main shaft made of ¢36-50 40cr alloy material with a hardness of 30°, total length ≥ 1/2L, ensuring no breakage under high wind pressure and high-speed operation. Multiple U-bolt fasteners with a diameter of ¢14-¢16 are used for flexible adjustment of the blade angle and securement of the fan blades based on the selected air volume. Offering a variety of types and flexible combinations: air volumes range from 20000m³/h to 900000m³/h, with main shaft holes ranging from ¢28 to ¢80. Suitable for any type of cooling tower, widely used in square crossflow cooling towers, square (circular) counterflow cooling towers, and evaporative condensers, etc.
