


Chimney Tower: Primarily for the fixation of chimneys. The structural forms include four-column angle steel and three-column steel pipe structures, with clamps used to secure the chimney. It mainly uses a steel structure support frame to support the supported pipe body, with structural forms being self-standing and guyed, commonly used in chemical enterprises, oil departments, flammable gas emissions, etc., with a height range of 10 to 100 meters. The tower material is mostly angle steel and steel pipe.
The lifting method for installing steel chimney tower frames, characterized by including the following steps:
1) A section of the steel chimney tower frame is installed using a 16~25t truck crane.
2) Easy Installation Hoisting Device: The lifting lugs of the easy installation hoisting device are fixed on the upper side of one section of the tower frame that has already been installed.
3) The second section of the steel chimney tower frame is hoisted to the installation position using a simple hoisting device.
4) After the second section of the steel chimney tower frame is installed, lift and secure the lifting lugs to the upper side of the installed second section. The materials for the third section of the steel chimney tower frame are hoisted into place using a simple hoisting device. Continue in this manner until the entire steel chimney tower frame is fully installed.
