A membrane switch is an all-in-one operating system that integrates key functions, indicator elements, and instrument panels. It consists of four parts: the panel, the upper circuit, the isolation layer, and the lower circuit. When the membrane switch is pressed, the upper circuit's contacts deform downwards, making contact with the lower circuit's plates and completing the circuit. Upon releasing the finger, the upper circuit contacts spring back, breaking the circuit and triggering a signal. The membrane switch is structurally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and has good sealing properties. It features a long service life and is widely used in industries such as electronic communications, electronic measurement instruments, industrial control, automotive industry, smart toys, and home appliances.
