◆ Large-scale fully automatic C/Z interchangeable purlin production line, fully computer controlled, automatic conversion between C and Z shapes, automatic adjustment of specifications, and automatic completion of fixed length, punching, and cutting!

◆ We can produce C/Z steel purlins with cross-section heights of 100-350mm, widths of 40-120mm, flanges of 10-30mm, and thicknesses of 1.0-3.5mm. The purlin lengths can be customized.

◆ Material: You can opt for hot-rolled black steel base plate, which can be painted or zinc-coated after forming and then installed; or you can choose hot-dip galvanized coil material base plate, which can be directly installed after forming, with a smooth and exquisite surface.

◆ C/Z steel purlins made of materials such as Q235, Q345B, Q355B, G350, and Australian standards G450, G550, etc., are available for customization.

◆ The hot-dip galvanized coating can be standard or customized to meet requirements, such as 200g, 275g, 350g, 500g, 600g, etc.

◆ Punched holes available in custom sizes; smooth and burr-free edges.
