The automatic opening and closing of the explosion-proof device must have a return pressure setting of ≤5kPa.g; the ascending pressure inside the explosion-proof device during the explosion of the desulfurization flue check valve must be ≤21kPa. During an explosion, the explosion-proof device must fully open within 0.02S, and the venting efficiency must be ≥85%; the inertia of the moving parts relative to the venting orifice must be ≤23.2kg/m2 (as per the American standard NFPA 68F/69F).

Desulfurization flue plate valve, desulfurization flue louver valve, automatic explosion relief device should have an explosion-proof pressure not less than 350KPa, ensuring no deformation during explosion relief and can be reused. The pneumatic plate door should automatically reset after the system explosion, preventing reverse air flow to avoid secondary combustion and continuous explosions in the system.

Taizhou Blue Sky Machinery Co., Ltd.'s explosion-proof devices feature secure and reliable sealing. The sealing materials are heat-resistant and flame-retardant, designed for long-term use at temperatures up to 400℃. The temperature during an explosion should reach 600℃. Additionally, they must not self-ignite in the absence of coal dust as an ignition aid and should also possess flame-retardant properties.

The pneumatic plug door sealing components must use a three-dimensional double seal, i.e., mechanical seal + high-temperature resistant fluororubber ring seal; the mechanical seal is a multi-layered three-dimensional structure, with fluororubber with a temperature resistance of not less than 400 degrees. The spring component has a temperature resistance of not less than 600 degrees.
