Baffle doors are used in flue gas systems for the inlet and outlet of absorption towers, or on bypass flues, as well as in flue gas denitrification and dust removal systems. Flue gas baffle doors typically employ a double-layer baffle structure with louvers, where a sealed air supply is introduced between the double baffles during closure to achieve a gas-tight seal, thereby isolating and shutting off the flue gas.
Square damper blade is made by steel plate stamping or casting, the streamlined blade section ensures minimal pressure loss of the medium. The frame is formed by steel plate stamping, steel section welding, or casting. The blades are connected to the main shaft with fasteners. After the square damper door is installed on the pipeline, the sealing rate before and after the blade is closed can reach over 99%. Any part can be disassembled, and it is convenient to inspect or replace parts while in operation.
Square plate door performance features:
1. Features adjustable, isolation, flexible adjustment, and good isolation performance.
2. The switch operates smoothly with no sticking or jamming, and there is no internal or external leakage. The shaft seal is in good condition.
3. The baffle door features sufficient rigidity, ensuring it does not deform or stick during thermal expansion and contraction.
4. The bearing seals should be tight, operate smoothly, and not easily jam, using a high-temperature, non-oil-lubricated, spherical roller bearing.
5. The projection length of the door hinge for the baffle door has fully considered the thickness of the insulation layer.
6. High degree of automation with remote control, close-range, and manual operation capabilities.
7. The distribution system can interface with the DCS, achieving automated operation effects.
8. Air leakage rate less than 0.1% after closure.
9. Manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry standards.
10. Excellent external sealing, 0% air leakage rate, internal leakage ≤ 1.5%.
