Section 1: Desulphurization Baffle Door Product Overview
The double-louvered damper for flue gas desulfurization is produced using advanced foreign technology. This desulfurization damper door is used in the inlet and outlet of the absorption tower in flue gas desulfurization systems, or in bypass flue gas channels, as well as in flue gas denitrification and dust removal systems. The dampers typically employ a double-louvered structure, with a sealing system between the double louvers to achieve the isolation and shutdown of flue gas when closed.
Section 2: Desulfurization Baffle Door Performance Features
1. Utilizing a single-axis driven double louvre baffle structure, the middle of the double blades is designed with a sealed chamber to introduce sealed air. By introducing sealed air at a pressure higher than the flue gas by 500Pa into the baffle, a sealed air isolation layer is formed between the double baffles, blocking the passage of the flue gas flow.
2. Air door opening and closing time ≤ 60S (can be selected according to customer requirements).
3. The external design features a linkage mechanism that allows multiple blades to open or close synchronously.
4. The double louvre shutter door design has a rational structure, rigid blades, stable and reliable operation. The sealing type of the louvre shutter blades: elastic sealing and air sealing.
5. The double-plate door is designed with a sealed air inlet valve, ensuring a 100% sealing efficiency after introducing sealed air.
6. Drive Method: Pneumatic or Electric.
7. Drive units are typically connected and mounted to the air door with a direct-link design.
8. The electric unit utilizes mechatronic products, featuring torque protection and limit switches for remote control operation. It also includes a manual/electric switch function for installation, debugging, and maintenance purposes.
9. Connection method of the air door and pipe: Flange sealed weld or flange bolt connection.
10. Our company can provide complete sets of sealing fans and electrical heaters for sealed air systems, after selection.
