1. Project Introduction
There is a total of one substation in this project, with 125 multifunctional instruments for incoming and outgoing lines. Taking into account the scale and nature of the project, design a power monitoring system for it. Through the construction of the system, measure the energy consumption of important circuits in the substation's incoming and outgoing lines.
Ankerui Power Monitoring System is a user side power monitoring system developed in response to the above trends. This system displays the energy consumption and operational status of the entire distribution system in the form of tables or graphics by measuring, storing, and analyzing the main incoming and outgoing circuits of the substation in Suhewan No.1 neighborhood project. It quantifies the operational status of the system and provides data basis for daily management and maintenance by managers.
2. Basic project requirements
After on-site investigation and communication with the owner, the basic requirements were sorted and analyzed into the following aspects:
1) Data collection and processing: Real time collection of various on-site power parameters, electricity meter readings, etc. through interval level units;
2) Screen display: real-time data of various measured values of the equipment, various alarm information, and status information of the computer monitoring system;
3) Recording function: It has a memory function for various historical data, which can be queried, reviewed, and printed at any time.
4) Alarm processing: Users can classify and filter alarms according to their own preferences, and categorize them into different alarm windows;
5) Should have comprehensive user management functions to avoid unauthorized operations;
6) Report printing function: It can summon printing and timed printing of various historical data, operating parameters, accident report statistics, and electricity measurement statistics reports.

4 System Functions
The upper computer software adopts the Ankerui power monitoring system, which completes the functions of device configuration, database variable configuration, interface design, etc. through the software, and achieves the monitoring and energy management of the upper computer software.

The monitoring detailed diagram reflects the name of the entire system distribution circuit, the corresponding distribution system, and the main electrical parameters of the circuit. By displaying real-time data, the operational data of each monitoring circuit in this project can be intuitively reflected, making it easier for managers to understand the system's operating status in real time.
4.2.2 Electrical Parameters and Energy Reports
The electric parameter report is presented in the form of a report for the management of electricity parameters. This report can realize the function of data collection at any node during any time period of system operation, and can be exported or printed in Excel format.
Electric energy report is a management of electricity consumption presented in the form of a report. This report can achieve monthly meter reading, daily meter reading, hourly meter reading and other functions during any time period of system operation, and can be exported or printed in Excel format.
4.2.4 Communication Status
The communication status is a graphical display of the working status of the entire system's instruments. By implementing module color conversion, real-time understanding of the system's instrument online or abnormal status can be obtained. Managers can use the status chart to understand the specific operation status of the project in real time and complete daily system maintenance.
