Description

This remote prepaid management system adopts intelligent remote prepaid electricity meters (DTSY1352/DDSY1352 series) to collect real-time electricity consumption and remaining electricity of each merchant. Through the intelligent remote prepaid electricity meters, remote opening and closing control is carried out to achieve electricity sales before consumption. The system uses bus communication to transmit to the backend, and achieves billing, monitoring, and management of electricity consumption for various merchants through the AcrelCloud3200 remote prepaid energy management system.

1. Overview

The prepaid cloud platform system project of Jiangsu Lvyi Building is located at No. 2, Mount Huangshan Road, Jianye District, Nanjing City, with a construction land area of 75000 square meters. It is the core area of the main urban area, surrounded by numerous residential communities, complete supporting facilities and convenient transportation. Nanjing Metro Line 7, which will be opened to traffic in early 2020, will set up stations nearby. The lower floors of Lvyi Building are commercial and skirt rooms, while the upper floors are hotel apartments. It is a modern building that integrates commercial, office, and apartment housing.

A total of 353 prepaid power meters are installed in the podium, tower 1, and tower 2 of this project. The Acrel-3200Cloud prepaid cloud platform can better complete the management of merchant electricity sales and consumption. It is easy to operate, implements remote real-time operation and monitoring by the property management company, has a good human-machine interface, can effectively collect and manage data, and has taken effective confidentiality measures for data security. 2.3 Design Scope

Based on customer needs and the actual situation of the project, the prepaid cloud platform system designed for this project consists of Ankerui brand three-phase prepaid energy meter DTSY1352-NK, communication management machine ANet series gateway, and prepaid system management software.

The prepaid energy meter area installed in the project is now connected to the prepaid cloud platform system to achieve remote meter reading, remote control of electricity meters, remote electricity sales, and other functions. The on-site electricity meters are mainly distributed in the distribution rooms on the podium and tower floors;

At present, a total of 353 DYSY1352-NK prepaid energy meters are connected on site.

Note: Third party instruments must indicate the requirement to support the standard Modbus RTU protocol, otherwise they will not be connected or charged separately.

The ANet intelligent communication management machine series is an embedded hardware computer platform with multiple downlink communication interfaces and one or more uplink network interfaces. It serves as a bridge between the collection terminal and the platform system in the information collection system, and can collect and summarize data from devices such as water meters, gas meters, electricity meters, and microcomputer protection terminals according to different collection protocols. It also forwards data from on-site devices to the platform system using the corresponding protocols.

The ANet intelligent communication management machine supports receiving commands issued by the superior master station system and forwarding them to the intelligent series units in the target area, completing the remote control or device parameter tuning of the opening and closing of various switch devices in the plant, achieving the function of remote adjustment, and achieving the goal of remote output scheduling commands.

As the communication interface device between the automation system network and the monitoring equipment, the ANet intelligent communication management machine provides multiple functions such as protocol conversion, transparent forwarding, data encryption and compression, data conversion, edge computing, etc.

ANet intelligent communication management machine performs real-time multitasking parallel processing of data acquisition and forwarding, and can transmit platform data over multiple links. Through specialized configuration management software, different communication protocols can be selected for each channel, and the number and data information of the instrument devices connected to the communication management machine can be changed by changing the configuration file without changing the software program.

3. System functions

3.1 System Overview

AcrelCloud-3200 Prepaid Cloud Platform is a newly developed electricity sales management system by Ankerui Company, which is compatible with DTSY-1352 three-phase e-book prepaid energy meters. It is an integrated system mainly composed of prepaid management software and centralized meter reading software, including computer, communication management machine, printer and other settings.

Mainly responsible for setting energy meter parameters, managing merchant electricity sales and energy consumption, easy to operate, implementing remote real-time operation and monitoring by enterprise groups and property companies, with a good human-machine interface, capable of effectively collecting and managing data, and taking effective confidentiality measures for data security. Easy to install, it is an ideal product for electricity management departments, commercial plazas, and property communities to improve their level of electricity and water management and solve the problem of difficult charging.

3.2 Main functions

3.2.1 Centralized Meter Reading Service System

The system defaults to remote centralized meter reading for all meters every half hour, and the time interval supports personalized configuration.


3.2.2 B/S Cloud Platform Electricity Sales System

This system consists of five modules, namely login module, system configuration module, user (shop) management module, electricity sales management module, and report center module. The main functions are as follows:

1) Login management: manage operator accounts and permission assignments, view system logs and other functions;

2) System configuration: Configure buildings, communication management machines, instruments, and default parameters;

3) User management: perform account opening, account closing, remote opening and closing, batch operations, and record queries for shop users;

4) Electricity sales management: perform remote electricity sales, refunds, corrections, and record queries on tables that have already been opened;

5) Water sales management: perform remote water sales, refunds, record queries, and other operations on tables that have already been opened;

6) Report Center: Provides queries for financial reports on electricity and water sales, energy consumption reports, alarm reports, etc. All reports and record queries in this system support exporting in Excel format.
