This instrument adopts an original imported integrated chassis, and the control device is located outside the box, which can effectively avoid the influence of external factors on the test results and prevent smoke leakage; The instrument can display voltage, current, temperature, and can display and record ignition time (TI) and flame extinguishing time (TE), which facilitates testing and result recording.

Test circuit: In accordance with the requirements of IEC60695-2-10:2013 standard, a constant current source is used without temperature compensation or temperature holding circuit. The instrument is equipped with a true rms ammeter, and the temperature of the heating wire is manually set and adjusted to ensure stable voltage of the command variable (heating wire) during the experiment. The temperature controller is protected from the feedback effect of the command signal (thermocouple). The temperature range of the heating wire is adjustable from room temperature to 1000 ℃, and the temperature is measured by a K-type first-class standard thermocouple, which meets the requirements of IEC60584-2 standard.
