A132(E347-16)
It is a Cr19Ni10Nb stainless steel welding rod with titanium calcium type coating containing Nb stabilizer, which has excellent intergranular corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. It has excellent welding technology and anti porosity performance, and can be used for both AC and DC.
Used for welding important corrosion-resistant and Ti stable 06Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel.
A402(E310-16)
It is a Cr26Ni21 pure austenitic stainless steel electrode with titanium calcium coating. The deposited metal has excellent oxidation resistance under high temperature conditions of 900~1000 ℃. Dual use of AC and DC, with excellent welding process performance.
Used for welding heat-resistant stainless steel of the same type that works under high temperature conditions, it can also be used for welding high hardening chromium steels (such as Cr5Mo, Cr9Mo, Cr13, Cr28, etc.) and dissimilar steels.
A412(E310Mo-16)
It is a Cr26Ni21Mo2 pure austenitic stainless steel electrode with titanium calcium coating. Due to the addition of Mo in the deposited metal, the corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and crack resistance have been improved compared to A402 and A407. Dual use of AC and DC, with excellent operational performance.
Used for welding heat-resistant stainless steel that works at high temperatures, as well as for welding stainless steel liners, dissimilar steels, etc. Good toughness when welding high quenched carbon steel and low-alloy steel.
